TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

1. DEFINITIONS

1.1 “Agreement” means the entire contents of this document, plus supplements listed below

1.2 “Copyrights” means the exclusive and assignable legal property rights, given to the (this business) to print, publish, perform, film, or record literary, artistic, or musical material.

 

2. FEES AND PAYMENTS

2.1  All Invoices terms are Pre-paid or COD unless other terms are approved in writing.

2.2 Payments are subject to the Building and Construction Industry Security for Payments Act. (Late payments) on any invoice will make all invoices immediately due and payable with late interest and costs.

2.3 Late interest is the greater of 0.06% daily or the NAB interest rate on Credit Card Cash Advances. Interest is compounding and calculated as Balance on invoice + Late Interest calculated from invoice date if late = New Balance each day + Late interest, compounding daily.

 

3. REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

3.1 This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken.

3.2 All products must be returned in their original condition.

3.3 All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer.

3.4 We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre pay all postage.

3.5 You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit; therefore we advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier.

3.6 We will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure. 

3.7 You can ask for your preference of a free repair, replacement or refund, but you are not always entitled to one. For example, the consumer guarantees do not apply if you got what you asked for but simply changed your mind, found it cheaper somewhere else, decided you did not like the purchase or had no use for it.

3.8 If you have a minor problem with a product or service, the business can choose to give you a free repair instead of a replacement or refund. When you have a major problem with a product, you have the right to ask for your choice of a replacement or refund. 

3.9 You are entitled to return a product if you believe that there is a problem. You are generally responsible for returning the product if it can be posted or easily returned.

 

4. TIMING

4.1 Timing and delivery of goods and/or services are estimated and take into account availability of goods and service.

4.2 Delivery times may vary from time to time and we shall attempt to keep you informed where practical if any delays are anticipated.

4.3 Generally goods are dispatched from the warehouse within 2 working days.

4.4 Service deliveries are estimated at time of booking and/or payment and may vary from time to time.

 

5. PARTY RESPONSIBILITIES

5.1 The customer/client is responsibile for it's own internal decision-making and purchase orders, proofreading, and inspections and we shall rely on the customer request only as a service or goods request. 

5.2 Any information or advice is general in nature and the customer/client is responsibile for determining or confirming the goods or service requested are suitable for its needs and may not later expect a change without further costs.

We regard customer privacy as an important part of our relationship with our customers. The following privacy policy applies to all our customers, clients, users, and conforms to Internet privacy standards.
